I have only recently started growing roses but I am already thinking of new
Areas where I can put them.
Being on half an acre I like using sweeping lawns and molded concrete
Edging for effect. We don't really get a change of season here, the leaves
Don't color up in fall it just gets a bit cool for a swim. Now Julie has
Retired from teaching and raising three children she enjoys helping in the
Garden and even likes mowing the lawn of which we have plenty.
Cooper tries to help as well but always digs the holes for new plants where
I don't want one. He also devoured my entire extensive Bromeliad collection.
Someone must have told him they were related to pineapples.
Gardenbuddies has inspired in me a love of photography and I spend a lot of
Time in the garden trying for that perfect bird shot or flower shot. My
Garden has suffered a bit since being online with Gardenbuddies I have spent
Too much time posting pics and not enough time pulling weeds. Many of you
Know I have a great affinity with nature and it is a delight having such
Wonderful birdlife and animals share the garden.
The colors on the birds outshine my flowers and they are very well fed so
Live here constantly. The possums, kangaroos and koalas in the area make it
A great place for wildlife lovers and every day I see kangaroos in my street
And that's the way I hope it stays.
I know many of you have already visited Australia but if your ever in town
Drop by and we will have a steak on the BBQ and try some local wines, maybe
Some from my brothers vineyard.
